Carolina Vinegar BBQ Sauce
Ingredients:
1/2 Gallon Croix Valley Base BBQ Sauce
1/2 Gallon Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Cup Granulated Sugar
1/2 Cup Coarse Ground Black Pepper
1/2 Cup Coarse Sea Salt
1/2 Cup Granulated Garlic
1/2 cup Granulated Onion
1/4 cup Celery Seed
1/4 Cup Chili Powder
*For an easier version, eliminate spices and replace with 2 cups Croix Valley Carolina BBQ Dry Rub
Directions:
1. Mix, cover, date, label and refrigerate.
