Raspberry Chipotle BBQ Sauce
Ingredients:
1 gallon Croix Valley Base BBQ Sauce
36 ounces Raspberry Preserves
1 pound, IQF Raspberries
7 oz Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce
Directions:
1. Combine Chipotle peppers and IQF Raspberries (thawed). Blend in food processor or with immersion blender.
2. Mix all ingredients. Cover, label, date and store in refrigerator.
